Architectural 3D Site Modeling
The realistic 3D model of a proposed construction project including its exterior façade, landscaping and terrain is called a site model and is mostly used by an architect or designer for presentations, or by a builder for marketing purposes. Usage of site model improves communication of the project concept and coordination among designers, architects, property developers thereby reducing the time and effort for designing to a large extent.
Site modeling is one of the value engineering services we perform for the AEC industry. Our immensely creative and passionate CAD Engineers work together to realize your conceptual project into a realistic and detailed 3D perspective model with the usage of appropriate colors, material textures and other detailed elements. Integration of tangible dimensions in the model allows room for easy and quick incorporation of design change. The fully developed 3d site models we produce can be used for community presentations and public meetings as well.
