Movenpick is a 24-floor hotel in Sri Lanka. The hotel has a capacity of 180 guestrooms with 36 square meters for standard rooms and 70 square meters for suites. It has facilities which include an all-day dining venue, a rooftop bar and nightclub, fitness center, spa and pool. The project requirement was to perform a Procurement BIM model.

The BIM model consisted of furniture, sanitary & plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, floors and wall tiles, stairs and lifts, walls, columns, beams and its finishes along with their manufacturing specifications.
