Business model adopted
An hourly billing business model was adopted for the KOR villas project. A team of 6 modelers was assigned to this project for a period of one month.
Project Synopsis
The requirement of the client was a BIM model with LOD 300 of the KOR Villas resorts in Hawaii, a 6 storey building comprising of a main building and two parking garages approximately covering 10 Lakhs Sq. ft.
Our scope of services
Advenser’s scope of service in the KOR VILLAS LOT project was to carry out the architectural & structural BIM modeling.
Result
Our team of BIM modelers were successful in executing the architectural and structural BIM modeling in Autodesk Revit. The architectural and structural BIM models were delivered for coordination and 4D simulation purpose. Modeling, clash detection and resolution was carried out using Revit suite. Every project communication and file sharing among all parties involved in the project was done using Autodesk BIM 360.
